394 Tashua Road, Trumbull 06611

Wonderful and unique opportunity at this 1820s colonial with an inground pool and multiple outbuildings. The 5 bedroom home has modern additions to the floor plan including a first level primary bedroom suite with spacious full bath and walk-in closet. On the other side of the house a modern eat-in kitchen has been added with lots of counter and cabinet space, antique beams and granite counters. The kitchen is open to a great room with cathedral ceilings, skylights and French doors. The dining room is expansive with room for a 14 seat table. A formal living room and office round out the ground level. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and another full bath. Behind the home is a 3 bay garage with a finished room above. At the rear of the lot is a large L-shaped red barn. All this in a lovely setting just across the street from the Tashua Knolls golf course.
